External air can be entered through the grey hose connector (1). The generator is designed to have the ozone
sucked out by means of a venturi (2). This is the recommended and most safe way to use the generator and
prevent the escape of ozone through leakage. Next, the mix of ozone and water has to go through an ozone
reactor to have the ozone react with organics in the water.
NEVER INJECT THE OZONE DIRECTLY INTO THE POND OR THE PIPE SYSTEM OF THE POND!
In special occasions you can use a large, ozone resistant, air stone in the ozone reactor on the ozone side.
A small air pump is then connected to the air inlet of the generator. Keep in mind that the ozone side has a
free outlet to prevent an increased air pressure.
